Circular Tour: Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument & Culross Palace & Abbey.

On this tour we visit the impressive 15th-16th century Royal Palace ( part-ruin) at Linlithgow, favorite residence of the Stuart Kings and Queen’s including Mary Queen of Scots. Explore Stirling’s medieval castle, and old town steeped in history and sight of many a bloody battle against invading English, armies during the War’s of Independence. We also visit the spectacular Wallace Monument opened in 1869 to commemorate Scotland’s hero Sir William Wallace, ( Braveheart) and the beautiful village of Culross, to view the Palace & Abbey.
